Civic Association
The civic association program is entering its third year of highly successful girls lacrosse in the Broome County area. As of last spring, Chenango Forks had the largest youth girls civic lacrosse program in the area with over 50 girls playing for our school. This is quite an accomplishment considering we are one of the smallest schools in the county. The girls receive outstanding instruction and have been incredibly successful playing together for a very short amount of time. For more information and playing opportunities, please contact Dave Rusnak at [email protected] or sign up through the Chenango Forks Civic Association (CFCA)
Civic lacrosse for girls is growing in leaps and bounds in this area. Our civic coaches are partnering with other school teams to help strengthen the civic league that was formed last season. Members for this year include CF, UE, ME, Seton, Vestal and JC. Our goal is to put in two competitive teams for grades 4-6 and one skills group/ FUNdamental group for K-3. Please get the word out to friends to try this awesome sport. You'll be helping to grow the game of girls' lacrosse while at the same time helping to strengthen our CF feeder program. All girls in the Chenango Forks and Chenango Valley School District K-6 are welcome to sign up.
